    Treatment

Acne Management depends upon the severity and type of acne. For mild grade of acne, topical medications like retinoids are enough. But moderate to severe type of acne has to be managed by multiple approaches like combining oral and topical medications with chemical peel sessions or sometimes with comedone extraction so that acne does not leave any scar or pigmentation.

If a patient is already having acne scar or post acne pigmentation, then it has to be managed with amalgamation of different procedures like Platelet rich plasma therapy (PRP), microneedling, microdermabrasion, and different chemical peels.
